I am passionate about how traditional stories - folk tales, fairy tales, myths - are potent conversation starters;  how they create doorways into shared, supportive spaces where we can talk across difference with the guiding principles of curiosity and compassion; how the universal, depersonalised language of a story can bring a  layer of safety to examining difficult truthes; and how the bright imagination contained in our traditional tales can be so effecive at inspiring positive change, new ways of thinking and values-led action.
