Stories for the Heart Hill House

A weekend retreat exploring the riches of traditional stories...

Imaginative Restorative Creative   Thought-provoking

12-14 Jan 2024

Over two days of storytelling, reflection and creative practice, we will excavate the wisdom of diverse folk and fairy tales, looking at the fresh understanding they can help us find for our personal stories and the stories playing out on a global scale at this time.

We will spend time at the oasis of ancient stories, making the most of the meaning-making, insight and provocations they have to offer us, whatever personal questions we are living with and whatever medicine we are seeking for ourselves, our communities, and the world we live in.

During the weekend, we will do a range of activities to explore various traditional tales. The focus will be on spending time together and individually that is:

So please, bring your questions, your loves, your woes, your enthusiasm and your curiosity, and let’s enjoy some winter wandering on the sea of stories this January, in the amazing place that is Hill House Sanctuary.
